Determining a home’s value is far from an exact science. It’s even more nebulous when there’s a lack of comparable sales, and it’s downright impossible when the value is so heavily tied to historical sentiment (and less to the physical attributes of the property).
However, that didn’t stop a panel of three real estate brokers from taking a stab at it on a CNBC segment called “What’s It Really Worth?”. Take a listen. One of the guesstimates is significantly different from the other two, and they’re all millions off from what Zillow says.
