A house shaped suspiciously like the male sex organ is up for sale for around $853,000. The home, officially named “Sherwin House” but called “Buckingham Phallus” by cheeky journalists and “Penis House” by neighbors, was erected in 1958 by acclaimed Aussie architect Stan Symonds, News.com.au reports.
Agent Phil Vanstone, of LJ Hooker Mona Vale is the listing agent. He describes it as a “unique and very private, architecturally designed residence set on 1,204 square meters (3,950 square feet) with a tranquil bushland backdrop.” To grab it, you’ll need to cough up in excess of $1.1 million, be a fan of modernist architecture and have a sense of humor.
